How long does shipping take?
Once you’ve placed your order on the site, processing & fulfillment takes 1-2 days (unless ordered on Friday- that will be processed Monday). Once fulfilled, shipping takes about 4-6 days for regular shipping and 2-4 days for priority shipping. You will receive an email with tracking once the package has been sent out.
Note on pre orders: if you order multiple shades & one is a pre order, your order will ship on the date the pre order does. If you want an item shipped before the pre order item, you need to place separate orders

What is your refund/return policy?
We really care about your satisfaction with our product, so if you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit, you have 30 days to return it from the purchase date for a full refund. All items that are returned must be sent to the address below & be sent back in the exact condition they were received in (i.e, no damage on the frames or lenses). Customer will not receive a return label for anything sent back to the YEETZ warehouse.
